My candles are about 6 inches tall and about 2 inches around. These are not "taper" candles-they are much thicker which allows them to stand freely on a plate, bowl, ground, or holder. Remember to store your candles in a container with a clean cloth to prevent them from getting dusty and to separate them. Then keep them in the freezer or cool basement until use so they remain fresh and keep their shape nicely. It is very important to care for your candles! They are a valuable tool!

You may seal your candle by kissing it or by verbalizing your intention over it while holding the unlit candle in your hands.
 
Light your candle with a wooden match or from the flame of a lit helper taper candle. Observe the way your candle flame burns, affects the wick, it smokes and the wax melts for signs that catch your attention.
Let your candle burn itself out for the best results. If you must extinguish your candle, do not blow your candle out, use a candle snuffer instead. NEVER LEAVE BURNING CANDLES UNATTENDED.
