I love placing these on my door-handles in my home. The bright colors invite positive energy and good spirits. 
 
These colorful garlands are inspired by those made by Maya-Tsotsil women in Chiapas state, in southern Mexico. Traditionally, women in Chiapas Highland have worn brightly colored pom-poms in their hair braiding. Now, they offer their pom-poms to us as garlands so we can decorate our world with their colors and beauty.
